Assistant General Counsel, Commercial (Remote)

The Assistant General Counsel, Commercial, will provide legal support and advice to the company’s commercial operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in good standing required
• 8-10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal position
• Strong background in commercial law, contract law, and healthcare regulations
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
