Job Description

The Lab Supervisor (A2) role involves guiding and mentoring laboratory staff, collaborating with management, and ensuring efficient workflows. The role is responsible for developing current team members, identifying external talent, and troubleshooting instrument issues.
Requirements
- Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license or Clinical Genetics Molecular Biology Scientist (CGMBS) license issued by the State of California
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in medical technology or a chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science
- 4-6 years of licensed experience in a high complexity testing clinical laboratory (dependent on degree level)
- Experience in a clinical laboratory supervisory or leadership role preferred
