Job Description
MySigrid is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to manage schedules, coordinate client meetings, and provide administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and management skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and proactively manage workflow.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
