Job Description
The Provision Master is responsible for the workflow in store keeping, co-ordinating with the Financial Controller, and ensuring a value for money experience for guests. The role requires analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate employees and work under pressure.
Requirements
- Qualified training in the hotel or restaurant line of business
- Many years of job experience in F&B in a leading position or as Assistant Provision Master, if possible onboard a cruise vessel
- Distinct economical, budget-orientated thinking, especially with regard to inventory management
