Shipboard Junior IT Manager (m/f)

Mystic Ocean is a new ocean cruise company based in Portugal, that offers cruises along iconic destinations. This is a shoreside position based in Porto, but with remote access to all systems onboard and shoreside.

Requirements

• BSc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Essential language is English, able to communicate in other languages is an advantage
• Experience as an IT specialist, support, network admin, or system admin role
• Experience with MXP or similar systems is preferable
• Able to work with DB servers such as MS SQL
• Experience with TCP/IP based networks
• Good knowledge with VMware environment
• Basic knowledge about IPTV, UDP and TV broadcasting
• Awareness of basic Cyber Security knowledge and Cyber Risk Management
• Above average skills in tactful problem handling
