Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all activities of a project to ensure costs, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Provide leadership and training to Assistant Project Managers.
• Collaborate with field managers to set clear expectations and ensure they have the information necessary to manage the job effectively.
• Effectively communicate with project teams to plan, organize and direct all activities related to assigned flooring contracts.
• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
• Manages day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
• Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability and project costs achieving goals set for projects.
• Tracks and controls project schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated.
• Responsible for overall material management of the job
