Requirements
- Engineering foundation: Solid background in one area or more areas (Backend, FrontEnd, QA, DevOps, Data, PM/BA, Architecture)
- Curiosity & experimentation: You've already tried GenAI tools – or at least shown initiative in exploring how they could help in your work.
- Early adopter mindset: Comfortable experimenting and learning in areas where the answers aren't fully known yet.
- Change leadership: Experience introducing new tools or processes into teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to tailor approaches to different client rules, compliance needs, and maturity levels.
