Lead AI / GenAI Solution Engineer

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to help us build and expand our portfolio of AI projects, contributing across the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimation to implementation and delivery.

Requirements

• Developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing workflows that leverage large language models (LLMs) and generative AI, focusing on their seamless integration with advanced retrieval and data processing systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and align AI solutions with business needs, ensuring smooth implementation of LLM-based technologies.
• Conducting research on cutting-edge advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and retrieval systems, identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services with these technologies.
• Designing and implementing scalable pipelines for processing and retrieving structured and unstructured data, ensuring efficient support for high-performance AI solutions.
• Creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and presentations, to effectively communicate complex AI workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establishing and promoting best practices for the development, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-driven AI models and solutions.
