N-iX is a global software development service company looking for a People Analyst & Greenhouse Admin to join their HR CoE team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role (People/HR Analyst, System Administrator of recruiting systems)
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to delve deep into data, address complex issues, and provide strategic insights
• Extensive experience in administering HR or recruiting systems (ideally Greenhouse, or other ATS/HRMS)
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level
