Job Description
N26 is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to join their Central Outsourcing Management (COSM) team, responsible for methodology, policy adherence, and expert challenge across outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The role focuses on maintaining audit-proof framework and mitigating compliance risks. The Manager will act as the primary SME, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the growth of the outsourcing function.
Requirements
- Background: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Information Security, Business, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Second Line of Defense compliance, Outsourcing, or Third-Party Risk Management.
- Expert knowledge and experience in applying KWG, MaRisk AT 9, DORA, and EBA Guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex regulatory messages.
