We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Associate to join our growing team. This role involves producing, compiling, and reviewing regulatory reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and collaborating on technical implementation and integration of the financial data warehouse.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a regulatory reporting role (or similar) within a bank, financial institution, or consultancy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, a banking apprenticeship with a focus on Regulatory Reporting (Meldewesen) or a related field
- Fluent in German and English
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks such as COREP, FINREP, liquidity reporting, capital reporting, statistical returns
- Knowledge of IFRS/HGB and internal controls is a plus
- Experience in interacting with regulators is a plus
- Experience with data tools (SQL, Excel, or BI tools) or an interest in developing such skills is an advantage
- BAIS Knowledge and experience with either would be a an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management: ability to work cross-functionally (Finance, Risk, Data, Accounting)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Self-starter, proactive, independent, but also able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
