This role requires a combination of commercial savvy and creative flair, aiming to elevate brands through impactful in-store and online activations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand experiences and collaborative in-house strategy.

- Proven experience in experiential marketing, shopper marketing, or retail brand activation agency or client-side.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG and health & beauty retail landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, agile, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of managing integrated campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
