Job Description
Nabis is a rapidly growing, fully licensed cannabis wholesale platform seeking a motivated Shift Manager for its upstate New York warehouse. The role involves maintaining accurate and efficient operations, supporting client relationships, and improving operational efficiency. The position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Work holistically with New York Operations Manager, Supervisors, and Associates
- Track daily team performance and provide feedback
- Track and manage daily volume to ensure SLA compliance
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
