Nabla is a team of entrepreneurs, clinicians, and engineers committed to bringing back joy to the practice of medicine. They are looking for an Analytics Engineer to define and own their data culture, building the 'Source of Truth' foundation that powers their product decisions, client reporting, and business operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
- Expert-level SQL skills, proficiency in Python, and experience with modern transformation tools and cloud data warehouses
- A 'Product Mindset': treat data tables and dashboards as internal products that need to be user-friendly, maintained, and iterated upon
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate messy data into a clear narrative using visualization tools
- Clear and structured communicator, comfortable explaining technical data constraints to business stakeholders and explaining business context to engineers
