SAP Program Manager (m/f/d)

We're Nagarro, a digital product engineering company looking for a SAP Program Manager to manage customer requirements and lead customer projects. The role requires extensive SAP knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience in managing large and medium-sized enterprises.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications
• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
• Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting. facilitation skills
• C-level communication skills / senior stakeholder management
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
• Certification in SAP Solutions / Areas is a plus
• Project Management experience with large and medium sized Enterprises
• 10+ years of SAP professional experience and demonstrated knowledge / expertise
