Staff Engineer, Java

We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a Staff Engineer with extensive experience in back-end development utilizing Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience
• Extensive experience in back-end development utilizing Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with SQL and other NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices
• Experience working with cloud technologies (Google Cloud preferred)
• Strong understanding of UML and design patterns
• Proficiency in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services (Apache CXF, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, SOAP, REST)
• Strong working experience in Data Structures and Algorithms, Unit Testing, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams
