Requirements

• Significant senior HR experience (ideally in fast-moving, growth businesses).
• Fluency in English and a confident voice.
• Experience working strategically and operationally in people roles.
• Understanding of UK employment law.
• Commercial acumen and focus on business success
• HR tools and systems knowledge
• Commercial awareness of HR.
• Coaching style, not policing.
