Total Rewards & Policy Specialist (QFAB) responsible for reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, developing and implementing rewards strategy, and supporting the company in attracting and retaining top talents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or any other related field
• 5 - 7 years of related experience in a similar position/responsibility
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry and regional experience is preferred
