Job Description
Nakupuna Consulting is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support a client of the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW). The ideal candidate is an expert communicator and process improvement SME who has experience with complex process analysis at the Department of War (DoW).
Requirements
- Apply process analysis, improvement, and reengineering methodologies to conduct process modernization projects.
- Provide business process management analysis support by assessing current client processes and analyze them for effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation related to the client operations.
- Communicate verbally and in writing at the highest levels of government.
