Junior SharePoint Analyst

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Junior SharePoint Analyst to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services to NAVSEA 04 (Industrial Operations). This individual will work with a team in support of operations under NAVSEA 04, developing and maintaining the organization's knowledge environment to foster effective collaboration and information sharing across tools, systems, and mission partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Communications, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience supporting information management, collaboration platforms, or KM environments within the DoW, or a similar organization
• SharePoint certification
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint administration, content management, and permissions control
• Knowledge of Taxonomy Design Methodologies, Controlled Vocabularies and Metadata Standards, Records and Information Management Principles
• Strong facilitation and change-management skills
• Ability to translate complex organizational needs into practical taxonomy solutions
• Ability to organize information logically and maintain consistency in records and document libraries
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
