Job Description
The Nakupuna Companies are a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO)-owned family of companies seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) through Air Combat Command (ACC). The role will help develop and maintain the organization’s knowledge environment to foster effective collaboration and information sharing across tools, systems, and mission partners.
Requirements
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge management (KM) strategies
- Administer SharePoint and related KM environments
- Maintain and update KM systems such as SharePoint, APAN, event portals, and After Action Review/Lessons Learned (AAR/LL) databases
- Support records and information management in accordance with DoD and Air Force policies
- Track and report KM usage metrics
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the deployment, configuration, and customization of SharePoint sites
- Provide user assistance and basic training on KM tools
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance usability and efficiency of KM environments
