Job Description
Nalley Consulting is seeking full-time Help Desk Support Specialists for the Washington, D.C. metro area. The role involves providing in-depth technical support for technology products, implementing solutions, and troubleshooting problems. This position involves independent work with guidance and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
- Experience with help desk operations and trouble ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and O365 environments
- Ability to perform Tier I-II onsite support
- Security+ Certification
- Basic system administration principles
