Nanobit is an award-winning global game development studio headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia, looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead their expansion into casual puzzle genre with a narrative twist.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile free-to-play games
• Proven track record in casual games and puzzle games
• Experience leading cross-functional game development teams from concept to live operations
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and game economy design
• Deep understanding of F2P monetization models, player psychology, and retention mechanics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for games with an extensive knowledge of the casual/puzzle mobile market
