The Manager, Technology & Data (Academic Services) will lead the digital transformation and data governance of academic services through the implementation of an integrated Academic Services Student Management System and Academic Services Blueprint. The role will drive process automation and digitisation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and promote data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Education, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role leading system or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in academic services, project management, and large-scale systems implementation.
- Proficiency with automation and digitisation tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI chatbots, low-code workflow platforms) is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end digital transformation or system implementation projects in an academic or similar environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset and high professional integrity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions, negotiate with diverse stakeholders, and deliver clear, impactful presentations.
