Senior Assistant Manager, Business Operations Management

NTU Food Research Systems is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, Business Operations Management to lead the centre’s administration and oversee operations, including strategy execution, partnership development, and event organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, public administration, science or related fields.
• At least 6–8 years of relevant working experience in a university, healthcare or research institute environment.
• Experience in budget management, financial reporting and policy compliance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate complex administrative and financial systems.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
