The Senior Assistant Manager, IT Operations is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure within the centre’s operation. The role ensures secure, efficient, and scalable systems to support research and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain the centre’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and GPU systems.
• Plan and allocate GPU and storage resources to meet project and researcher needs.
• Provide technical support for research software, system and digital tools for research activities.
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions, tools and services to enhance research output efficiency.
• Manage IT procurement processes, including vendor coordination and budget tracking.
• Maintain IT documentation, track system usage, and prepare performance reports for management review.
