The Senior Assistant Manager/Manager of Academic Management and Operations (AMO) at NTUpreneur oversees academic administration and programme execution to ensure the smooth delivery of NTU’s Second Major in Entrepreneurship (SMiE) and Minor in Entrepreneurship (MiE).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- At least 6 years of experience in academic administration, programme management, or higher education operations
- Strong background in faculty coordination, curriculum development, and academic policy implementation
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring smooth academic operations and effective collaboration with faculty and instructors
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple academic processes efficiently
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess programme performance, policy implications, and operational improvements
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in academic records, reporting, and policy implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and academic management systems
- Effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, University and external stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced academic environment
- Strategic mindset with a long-term vision for academic planning and curriculum development
- Strong ethical and professional integrity to uphold university standards and academic governance
