Job Description
NarraSoft is building a team of customer service professionals who are passionate about helping people and making every interaction meaningful. We're looking for dedicated professionals who can support players with empathy, patience, and technical know-how.
Requirements
- Responding to customer inquiries through Zendesk or other ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues such as connectivity, login, or account-related concerns
- Providing gameplay guidance and support to help players progress and enjoy their experience
- Handling billing, purchases, refunds, and payment-related issues
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system
- Collaborating with development, QA, and community management teams to resolve player concerns
- Maintaining and updating knowledge base articles and resources
- Gathering and relaying player feedback to improve game features and experience
- Supporting reporting needs and assisting with game-related marketing initiatives
