Medical Records Reviewer (Registered Nurses only)

We're seeking registered nurses with strong attention to detail to review medical records and support patient engagement for clinical trials.

Requirements

• Conducting patient interactions via email, text, phone, or video communication
• Performing phone or video screenings based on clinical trial protocols and eligibility criteria
• Reviewing medical records to determine trial eligibility and assisting with consent processes
• Developing or enhancing phone screening scripts in line with clinical trial requirements
• Engaging patients with clear explanations of objectives, procedures, and responsibilities
• Assisting patients with scheduling follow-up calls and visits
• Collaborating with North America–based teams for coordination and reporting
• Demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, and patient engagement skills
• Applying attention to detail in documenting patient information and medical data
• Showing empathy, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
