Job Description
This position is for a Registered Nurse in the oncology department, responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients across their lifespan. The RN uses the nursing process, collaborates with team members, and ensures adherence to professional nursing practice standards. The role requires knowledge of human growth, treatment, and care for patients from adolescence to geriatrics.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Associate Degree, Diploma or Baccalaureate Degree program in Nursing.
- Must possess a current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
- Current certification in BLS.
- One year of experience in acute care area is required.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development for assessment, range of treatment, and patient care.
