Requirements
- Minimum of 2 yrs. work experience working in a patient access fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Insurance Verification Experience
- Healthcare Scheduling Experience
- Medical Terminology Highly Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish Highly Encouraged to Apply
- Experience working with managed care health plans
- Excellent patient registration skills
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette required
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient computer skills; internet, typing, data entry
- High School Diploma (Equivalent) or Higher
