Job Description
NWP is accepting resumes for a Shipping Administrator at our Frankfort, Kentucky location. The Shipping Administrator will ensure our products are provided to customers in an efficient and timely manner, generating bills of lading, performing inventory control functions, and verifying pick lists for accuracy.
Requirements
- Recent steady work history with prior experience in administrative functions of shipping/receiving operations
- Prior experience in fast paced manufacturing shipping environment with limited supervision and a high degree of accuracy
- Highly motivated with exceptional computer & communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook, performing inventory control, and bill of lading creation using an Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) such as SAGE
- Pass a company provided drug screen, criminal background check, and tape measure skills test
