Finance Manager

The Financial Manager will lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and control activities. This role includes financial policies, operations management, and financial reporting. The position requires oversight of accounting, budget monitoring, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or SOCPA (highly desirable)
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in managing accounting operations
• Familiarity with Saudi financial regulations and tax requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Fluency in Arabic and English
