PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PRN)

The Physical Therapist 2 will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy to patients, working as a remote provider and supporting the department. This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The position requires knowledge of physical therapy modalities, equipment, and patient populations.

Requirements

• Current State Physical Therapy Licensure
• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or graduate of accredited college or university with a certificate in Physical Therapy
• Current BCLS (CPR) certification
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities
• Knowledge of physical therapy machine operation and maintenance
