Job Description
Natera is seeking a hands-on Clinical Program Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery and execution of their therapeutic clinical programs. This role requires strong oncology trial experience and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure studies move forward effectively, on schedule, and within scope. The ideal candidate will be sharp, possess a strong oncology background, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MS) in a life science or clinical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research with a focus on program management
- Proven ability to manage trial timelines and operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Startup or small biotech experience strongly preferred
