Job Description
Natera is seeking a Senior Medical Director to lead innovative programs advancing personalized and precision medicine. This role involves strategic leadership in clinical development, regulatory compliance, trial design, and collaboration across teams to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and operational experience.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) required.
- 10+ years of experience in clinical/pre-clinical development in biotechnology/pharmaceutical.
- Proven track record in leading clinical programs and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in clinical trial design, regulatory strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Background in oncology, immuno-oncology, or precision medicine preferred.
