Housekeeper

National Church Residences is seeking a Housekeeper to clean common areas, model apartments, and vacant apartments at their senior apartment community in Waterford, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Follows established cleaning schedule
• Cleans common areas of property, model apartments or vacant apartments designated as show units
• Completes work orders and inspections appropriately per policy and procedure
• Establishes and maintains effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with residents, co-workers, community leaders, owners, management, vendors, and service providers
