Executive Assistant (Marketing & Brand)

The Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative support to the Chief Marketing & Brand Officer (CMBO) at the National Geographic Society. The role involves managing the CMBO's day, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining confidentiality while working in a fast-paced matrixed office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in administrative positions
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and anticipate needs, discern priorities, and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking while maintaining confidentiality
