The Lead Guest Services Associate (LGSA) will provide direct support and leadership in ensuring a hospitable and safe environment for guests at a Recuperative Care Facility. Responsibilities include scheduling, staff delegation, communication with interdisciplinary teams, quality assurance, and adherence to NHF policies. The LGSA will collaborate with program coordinators and social services to ensure smooth guest services delivery.
