Job Description
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing a hospitable, safe, and healthy environment for guests in a recuperative care facility. This role involves guest intake, safety checks, engagement activities, accurate record keeping, and providing positive intervention encounters. The position requires flexibility to adapt to schedule changes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in a Healthcare or Recuperative Care environment (preferred)
- Valid CA driver’s license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work a schedule with five (5) eight (8) hour shifts
