Job Description
The Program Coordinator will serve as part of the program leadership team, assisting with services collection, coordination, and data entry. Responsibilities include providing support to staff, establishing relationships with community partners, and ensuring the quality of service provided. The role requires compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and/or staff supervision
- Knowledge of homeless populations and services
- Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity toward individuals experiencing crisis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
- Reliable transportation
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
