NSERC is seeking a Senior Agent of Market Negotiation to support the Financial Services and Procurement Directorate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum high school diploma or degree from a recognized college or university, and a minimum of five years of experience in market negotiation and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or degree from a recognized college or university
• Minimum three years of experience in conducting tenders for the award of contracts
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) such as SAP or similar
• Experience with procurement processes and procedures in support of research centers or federal organizations
• Experience with business intelligence systems and data analysis
