Military Base Enrollment Advisor I (Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA)

The Military Base Enrollment Advisor is responsible for the prospective student experience from inquiry to vested as students come to their assigned military base. The Military Base Enrollment Advisor manages a pipeline of potential student inquiries and is responsible for all outbound and inbound communications.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience required
• Experience working on a team and using ‘call center’ software
• Education/Consultative sales experience preferred
• Military Affiliation preferred
