The NWC is seeking a Campus Maintenance Tech to oversee upkeep and repair of buildings, grounds, and some equipment. The role involves preventative maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring a well-maintained campus. A small, nimble team is part of a fast-growing project.

Requirements

• Regularly inspect and fix as needed building and grounds infrastructure.
• Build a comprehensive maintenance program of items and timing.
• Prepare for damage on campus that needs handled.
• Maintain accurate records in MaintianX.
• Track repair times and down times.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
