We are seeking a QA Test Engineer to analyze requirements, create test plans, and execute manual and automated tests for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has experience in software testing/QA, strong knowledge of QA methodologies, and test automation experience with UI and API tools.
Requirements
- Analyze requirements, user stories, ICDs, and acceptance criteria
- Translate requirements into comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Define test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, accessibility, and security validation support
- Develop test estimates, schedules, entry/exit criteria, and risk-based test approaches aligned to release milestones
- Maintain traceability from requirements to test cases to defects to final verification
- Execute manual tests across UI, backend services, and integrations in multiple environments
- Validate API behavior including authentication, authorization, input validation, error handling, and contract compliance
- Design and implement automated regression suites for UI and API layers
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor automation outcomes and continuously improve coverage
- Produce and maintain test documentation: test plans, procedures, test reports, RTM, automation runbooks, and release notes inputs
