Requirements

• Demonstrated experience handling bodily injury claims, including evaluation, negotiation, and resolution.
• Proven ability to manage litigated files, including collaboration with defense counsel, strategy development, and oversight of litigation budgets and outcomes.
• Exposure to product liability claims, particularly those involving complex coverage issues or high-severity losses.
