Director, Relationship Manager - Retirement Solutions (Corporate/Private Sector)

We're looking for a Director, Relationship Manager to lead a team of retirement professionals and oversee corporate/private sector clients in the Western, Midwest, and Southern US. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, a strong understanding of retirement plans, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Undergraduate studies in business or finance or related fields preferred
• FINRA 6, 24, 26, 63, 65 (or 7/66) required
• Seven years in the financial services industry, with at least five years focused on retirement plans
• Experience managing relationships with plan sponsors and advisor/consultants of retirement plans and experience leading teams
