Requirements
- FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 or 7, 66 licenses required for this role as well as California Life and Health license
- Strong presentation and communication skills for effective seminar delivery
- Excellent relationship-building abilities to foster connections with clients and stakeholders
- Leadership skills to guide and support a team of specialists
- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and improve processes
- Knowledge of defined contribution retirement savings plans and financial counseling
