Requirements
- Setup and operate CNC Mills, 5-Axis Mills or other various CNC machinery
- Read operator/process documents and perform setups and operations as described
- Read blueprints and part sheet to determine proper approach to creating precision parts
- Machine complex components to tight tolerances in various materials with tight deadlines
- Use various inspection and measurement tools to validate your work
- Work as a team by openly collaborating fellow team members
- Proactively communicate with management other team members through verbal and written communications
- Maintain shop equipment as required
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for the department and company
