Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound operations for both the on-site manufacturing warehouse and an off-site 3PL facility.

Requirements

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Improve warehouse efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to production
• Oversee SAP transaction accuracy
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
• Manage and develop warehouse staff
• Collaborate closely with EHS
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, quality, and production teams
• Oversee relationships and performance with the 3PL provider
• Monitor KPIs related to warehouse efficiency, accuracy, safety, and throughput
• Develop and enforce SOPs and maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Support audits, inspections, and cross-functional improvement initiatives
